About the Role:
As a Fabrication Operator, you’ll help turn aluminum profiles into customer-ready parts using fabrication equipment and measuring tools. You’ll work with punch presses, drills, saws, and precision instruments to keep production moving and on-spec.

Work Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday: 4:30pm - 3:00am.
- Overtime during peak production periods, Friday 4:30pm-12am.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate fabrication machinery such as punch presses, drills, and saws.
- Fabricate aluminum profiles to customer specifications.
- Inspect parts and final products for accuracy and quality.
- Complete work orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
What You Bring:
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to use a tape measure, calipers, and micrometer.
- Basic math; blueprint reading preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Dependability and a safety-focused mindset.
